The technical coach of Juventus has remarked on the court appeal hearing of Antonio Conte, and remarked on how they go about their training in the new system.
Antonio Conte has been embroiled in a lengthy battle with the Italian sporting justice authorities, who have alleged him to be part of the Scommessopoli match fixing controversy. The current head coach of the Bianconeri outfit was initially charged with
the more serious crime of endorsing to sporting fraud. This allegation was afterwards changed to the failure of notifying appropriate authorities even though he was in knowledge of the instances.
The Juventus head coach was found guilty for the time spent in coaching Siena, after http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Filippo-Carobbio-c13775 alleged that the manager had gone on to tell them that the result of the match between Siena-Novara and Albinoleffe-Siena had already been decided. There
was no conclusive evidence on the Siena-Novara match, and the charges for that match were dropped.
The charges in the match against Albinoleffe-Siena match remained, and the FIGC gave a sentence of 10 months ban to the former Bari head coach. Conte and his lawyers went on to appeal the sentence that he had been handed but the FIGC turned down that appeal.
The sentence meant that the former Siena manager would not be able to be on the bench during the matches, neither will he be able to address the team during half time.
Massimo Carrera went on to comment that the head coach of the Turin outfit makes sure that he prepares the team well enough, so that his absence is not felt during the matches.  The stand in tactician has remarked that Conte makes sure that his team is well
prepared to face any adversity during the match.
He also went on to state:
“Conte spends all week with the team. He tells the players what they need to do and how to behave during the match itself. He’s not on the pitch, but he’s always present. Antonio is hopeful, but his lawyers are looking after that. He’s just concentrating
on the game and nothing else.”
Juventus have collected a single point in the Champions League so far.
