The Nerazzurri Supremo has given his backing to the new project initiated by Andrea Stramaccioni and was extremely excited by the future prospects of the company.
Inter Milan had a rollercoaster of a ride after 2010, when they achieved the momentous achievement of being the first club in Italian history to win the treble. Things have gone pear shaped for the Nerazzurri outfit and Moratti
has been keen to set up a new project to ensure future success for the club.
Along with Andrea Stramaccioni, Inter have embarked on a new project which has seen them invest in youth, and dispense players who are past their peak. Inter Milan had the highest averaging outfit in the Serie A, when statistics
of age were compared.
This new look has seen many departures from the club, with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Maicon-c23157 is destined for a move away from the
club as well, with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Internacional-c39573 touted as his next destination.
There have also been reports of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Giampaolo-Pazzini-c14802 moving to Sampdoria.
Amidst all the exits, Inter have signed http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rodrigo-c31437 Palacio from Genoa, and are actively pursuing Mattia Destro and Silvestre. Many young players are set to make their debuts in the coming season,
and this excites Moratti, who was quoted to have said:
“When I see new youngsters on the field, I have the same expectations I have for a new signing. I don’t want to be presumptuous. We have embraced an idea and that will apply first for us. The rest will come later. But, the goal
is to win again this year, as always.”
The oil baron was confident that Inter fans would be patient and supportive of the new project in place, and went on to state:
“Our fans are intelligent and discerning. They will be curious as to see this new course I have started Inter on. We want excitement around the team and the Coach. They behave themselves and I think that they will give support
to the boys.”
Moratti would be hopeful that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 manage a better position than their finish in the sixth position in the Lega.
