Massive hair let down !!!! help me what do i do?

Question

ok thing is i went to get my hair highlighted this morning and instead they just put bleach in it and now its not a great colour and i really wanna dye it back brown again. ive bought the hair dye and i also bought some 'aussie 3 minuite miracle' hair conditioner treatment.

should i die it myself now bearing in mind that its in a really terrible condition anyway and it feels like straw

or should i just leave it and go back to the shop and complain but for now just treat it with the conditioner

cause it dont want it to all break off x any help would be great thanks

if you don't like the color i would go ahead and dye it,

you could always do a hot oil treatment it works wonders.

You need to go back! They should fix it at no cost. And if they don't, then you could do it yourself.

about the hair-feeling-like-straw bit i suggest u buy a good 20-minute mask --it will cost a little extra but if ur rly desperate...--now about the colour...didnt u see it when u left the hairdressers???...wait a bit--u might actually get used to the colout as it is..if its tht bad nd ur too embarassed to walk out of ur house then dye it back.. good luck =D

if its in bad condition i wouldnt dye it again yet! and i dont think its great for hair or skin to dye twice a day! i suggest going back to the hairdresser and complaining, and seeing if they can help you. if not, then go to another hair salon and explain. proffesionals will know how to get your hair healthy again! good luck :)

If your hair is in a bad condition and you had it dyed today, go to the hairdressers and complain! demand your money back! or make them re-do it how YOU wanted it.

Personally, i don't think you have a great hairdresser, if they didn't do things the way you wanted, but maybe in future try speaking up before the do it the wrong way!
