Master Cleanse Ingredients?

Can I find this stuff at Krogers?

I saw the lemonade there but I didnt get to look for the rest

* Laxative tea

* Grade B Organic Maple Syrup

* Organic Lemonade

* Organic Cayenne Pepper

I think krogers is safeway(thats the store I goto) just in a different region

you should be able to find all of the ingredients there but I would suggest a natural foods store...I goto PCC natural market (http://www.pccnaturalmarkets.com/).

Organic lemons

grade b maple syrup

organic cayenne pepper

purified water

and smooth moove organic tea (organic laxative tea)

and sea salt....makes you puke...

I got through 7 days...

It should be Organic Lemons as the diet calls for fresh squeezed juice--not more than one day old.

It's pretty hard to find the Grade B Maple syrup and sometimes the tea.

I found the tea at Walmart and the syrup at Whole Foods (I dont' know if you have that store but any Health Food store should have it...The organic cayenne should be at any grocery store.

Good Luck! I passed out on day 5...but I here a lot of people have success...
