Master of Science in Public Health vs Master of Public Health (MPH)

Question

I am currently an undergrad, getting my degree in Public Health with a Health Promotion specialization. I have been looking at graduate schools and I cannot choose between a Master of Science in Public Health or the simple Master of Public Health (MPH)

Some schools I have been looking at only allow MPH studies to be for doctors and health professionals, while others allow anyone to join their program...But what is the difference between the Masters of Science and the MPH? And what kind of jobs would you find yourself in after graduating? Thanks :)
