Masterbation and Muscle Building

I tend to m********e quite a bit, but I also work out 4-5 times a week. Does masturbation hinder muscle growth in any way? I know that masturbation releases testosterone, and thats a muscle building hormone, but does it make a big difference?

  1. Try not to jerk off right before a work out. After wards its fine,.but you must have a male with strong hands do it for you. Studies have shown that there are male hormones in a male hand that replaces any testosterone that may have been lost by jerking off.

    If your male friend has a problem with this technique, offer to do him. .

  3. Masturbating doesn't do anything to your testosterone level.  Testosterone is secreted into the bloodstream, not the s***n.  m********e as much as you like, it will have no effect on your ability to build muscle (unless you do it so much you don't have time for the weight room!)
