In a since you are pretty much at that age already. Your body is trying to produce the seaman not just sperm, the muscal know that they have to push this stuff out your body just has not made it yet, it knows but give it time it will take place. have you had any wet dreams yet? If so then it is there it is only a matter of time that you will in fact produce it by using your own hand. As for s*x it is pretty common for guys to have it by 16 or 17.
