Depends what you mean by "slightly sore".  You realize that just before you come, everything is very, very tense.  Could that be the feeling you're experiencing?  Otherwise, WHERE exactly is the sore feeling - is it at the tip of your p***s, in the middle, near your balls?  If you're able to clarify that a little more, it will help in answering your question.
