Masterlock Issues??? Help! (Best Answer Awarded to First Who Can Tell me How to Fix it)?

Question

Ok school starts soon and I got this lock and my cousin kept on playing with it and unlocking my lock, and I don't want him to know the combination. So I changed my lock combonation and now when I put in that combonation it wont work! I put it in right, altho the red dots might not be in the right spot. Does anyone know how to unlock a make your own combo master lock??? I really wanna fix my lock! School starts in less than a week and my lock is already jammed! I'll award best answer to whoever gives me the right answer first. I have my lock with me right now.

ok well what i would do is try the old combination and if that dos not work where ever you got it from should knew how to open it or go online to the brands websit and it will tell you there..
