Sometimes my pennis gets softer while masturbation and if i change the way of stimulation it comes back to hard again. I never had this before.

Same thing happens during s*x i had last time it got softer in the middle of intercourse so i needed extra stimulation to get it hard again. I am only 29!!!

Also now i have to use stimulation to get erection, but before visual stimulation was enough.

There are days when i just don't want anything but if i stimulate its hard but looses hardness fast and needs constant stimulation to stay hard.

Is it some kind of disease and what to do?

Sometimes you can get desensitized Take a small break (week?) from any kind of physical stimulation. See if that helps.

Also don't stress out about it.

Are you under alot of stress, has anyhting changed in yur life recently? At your age, it is not common for that to happen. If it continues, you may want to goto your physician and have some blood work run to see if there is a bigger prblem.

it's just because you are less engentic than u use to be. your nearly 30 ave you thought about that. it really is not noticeable till you bring it to your attention. even young ppl can go through it if not that fit. it don't always happen it's usually if you ave add s*x and you want to do it again but you can't come that easily again because you just have so you get worn out and it takes time more to get exited again . it can also happen if your tied and sleepy. try to get some rest and then think of a s**y image b4 doing it again !!! you can also use pictures and p**n mags. also any mags really (tip)

There is nothing to worry about. The same thing happens to me and I'm in my early thirties. It could be a good thing if you start getting soft; it could be holding out on your ejaculation and therefore making you last longer. Why do you think there are many positions in s*x so you can experience a different sensation.
