I am 17, and have not masturbated for a while because I have OCD. My OCD rules my life. I am being treated, I am on medication that is working and am going to see a psychcirtrist soon. But anything to do with my p***s, come, masturbating, anything sexual I have to ignore. When I m********e, I have t clean up, get into the shower and was my hands until I feel they are clean. It usually takes like 2 cakes of soap and like 2 hours to fully clean myself to the point I feel clean. What should I do, it is driving me insane. I want to just be like normal teenage guys and m********e, wash my hands and feel clean? Does anyone else feel this way? Why is it that I think it is so dirty? I am not RELIGOUS and I have never really been told it is bad. Please help me?

  1. You appear to think that dirt is a biological organism that will one day evolve and rule the world.

To an extent, it could be.

Would it shock you to learn that the insides of your body are quite dirty?

No kidding - something like 90% of all dirt is made up of dead skin cells, so in a sense you are worried about something that is inherently human and can do you no harm.

But if you really want me to blow your head off, pay attention - Ultimately, in the grand scheme of things, we living beings are no different from dirt other than that we are alive.

  2. m********e in the bath

  3. Hello

You could slowly desensitise yourself, which is one of the things that the psychiatrist may mention.

Relax, & touch p***s, it doesn't have to be aroused. Just a simple touch, maybe just finger tip to start & know that it is ok. Wait a while, even 30 secs longer than normal before washing your hands.

Build up to more touches etc, again not necessarily masturbation & give longer time before washing.

Saying words out loud can help such as 'Normal' 'Im Ok' etc, it is common to do the same when the OCD is about light switched etc ie 'OFF'. It is an affirmation that your doing well.

  4. m********e in the bath, or in the shower. you should also consider goin to a psychiatrist

  5. Probably the best thing to do is to speak to your doctor about this (Psychologist/Psychiatrist or whoever is treating you for OCD).

My first thought was also to do it in the shower but will this help?

Maybe you could try easing into it? I'm not 100% sure how OCD works but could you try just touching yourself a small amount without cuming and then perhaps you won't feel as dirty afterwards. After time maybe this will help.

I don't know of anyone that feels this way but then again I don't know anyone that has OCD and I expect they're related. You're right though, there is nothing wrong with masturbating so I hope you can find a way to make it work for you.

  6. I think Bob Saget has that same problem... Just roll around in a puddle of mud and relize being dirty aint so bad.

  7. m********e in the shower, so water can be all around you
