im 13 and ive been masturbating for about a year and have never ejaculated but about a week ago i noticed pubic hair and my testicles started enlarging so i masturbated today and once i reached my o****m this clear liquid was on the head of my p***s which i believe is to be pre-***. what does this mean and if i keep going after the precum will i ejaculate?

Yes this does sound like you had pre-cu m. It means that you are almost ready to properly ejaculate just wait a few weeks, and then you should be fine and normal. But yes keep masturbating regularly and this should help.
