alright well i woke up this morning, nothing special i went into my bathroom to take a p**s so i start going and it felt weird, so once i was finished i looked and on my s*****m there was an area where the texture of the skin was diffrent, the only thing diffrent lately is i have tried masturbating with lube can lube cause that to happen to your skin?

Was it lube lube or improvised lube?  Most lube is non-allergenic so no one should be having a reaction to lube.  The exception is if you had scented or flavored lube, you may be allergic to those additives.  In general, lube wouldn't be the culprit here.

Since it's restricted to one area, I would consider some type of chafing.  New or different underwear?  New or different laundry soap?  One of my kids can't wear anything that's been washed in Gain because he's sensitive to something in that particular detergent.

You could have had a reaction to the lube.  Friction could have been a problem to and maybe didn't know about it.  Try a new lube and doubling the amount first.

time to change your lube.. sensitive skin could be an issue...

It shouldn't have, check the packaging to make sure it wasn't past its use by date. If it's still there in a few days, go to your doctor as it could lead to something more serious.

maybe, maybe friction and applying lube made you notice it. I would just use the good ole natural vaseline and take it easy do not be too hard on your wanker.
