Chelsea’s Juan Mata has admitted that he is looking to reclaim his spot in the Spanish national team, and hopes to become a starter for the Spanish side in the near future.
The attacker has been having a very successful spell with Chelsea this season, but despite that fact, he seems to be considered as surplus to requirements by the Spanish team.
However, the player has admitted that he is determined to fight for his spot in the team, and that he won’t stop proving his worth, until he is integrated into the national team once again.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vicente-c36001 del Bosque strongly feels that what Mata will offer the team is something that he doesn’t need at the moment, which is why he isn’t being included in the team.
"What Del Bosque said is a reality," said Mata, in regards to him being dropped.
“There are many very good players and competition is hard. I have to work to come back, it's up to me."
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fernando-Torres-c13707 also went on to recently claim that Mata was feeling a little down due to the fact that he wasn’t included in the Spanish squad.
The Chelsea striker didn’t go on and argue over the manager’s decision, but he did however mention that the attacker had been superb for Chelsea all season long, which is why his commitment is something that no one really needed to worry about.
He insisted: "I'd like to be with the national team but I'm OK because I'm very happy with everything that is happening to me at the moment. Things are going well for me at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786."
Following his involvement with Spain over the summers, Mata went on to take an extended break at the Stamford Bridge, and made his return to the team much later than most players.
This break seems to have done wonders for the player, who is firing on all cylinders.
However, it is rather surprising that he hasn’t been called up to the national team. Nonetheless, the player is bound to prove his worth in the coming weeks, as he looks to try and represent http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 once again.
