  1. When you say best and worse mess, what do you really want to know? Living conditions or shipmates?

    For me worst conditions was HMS Drake transient mess, bloody hole. even the old 8 man messes for refit crews were better than this.

    Brst Mess ever was HMS Alacrity 2nd commish 3 Echo mess (WE and ME), great ship 1987-90
