Hi , im currently 7 months pregnant and am due to take my maternity leave in 2 months time. My job is currently full time , and i am considering returning to work when bubs is 3 months old, on the conditions that when i do return i wish to do 3 days at 5.5hours per day. Question is if i put this proposal to my bosses do they have to accept it or can they just turf me out the door. i work in queensland and am not sure what the state rules are. Thanks for your answers they will be greatly appreciated.
