1) 3.40 + 0.022 + 0.5 = 3.922 but since the sig fig is in the tenths place (0.5), the answer should be 3.9

2)102.45 + 2.44 + 1.9999 = 106.8899 but since the sig fig is in the hundredths place (102.45 & 2.44), the answer should be 106.89

3)102 + 3.19 + 5.9 = 111.09 but since the sig fig is in the units/ones place (102), the answer should be 111

4) 42.306 - 1.22 = 41.086 but since the sig fig is in the hundredths place (1.22), the answer should be 41.09

5) 14.33 - 3.468 = 10.862 but since the sig fig is in the hundreths place (14.33), the answer should be 10.86

6) 234.1 - 62.04 = 172.06 but since the sig fig is in the tenths place (234.1), the answer should be 172.1
