  1. = 74.6917

    = 74.69

    Answer: 74.69

  2. 74.69

  3. 74.69

    The third number after the decimal is less than 5, so you keep it as it is and stop the number there. If the third number is 5 - 9 then you take the second number after the decimal and add one.

    If the number was 74.695... then the round would be 74.70 as you take the second number and add one.

  4. 74.6917

    = 74.69 (rounded to the nearest two decimals)

  5. 74.69

    the one is less than 5 so you keep it the same

  6. The answer is 75.69 That is the nearest two decimals.

  7. 74.69

    Because the 7 is rounded up and that makes the 1 into a two and the two is rounded down.
