A man observes the launching of a rocket from a distance of 300 feet. The rocket is launched at a speed of 100 ft/sec. How fast is the rocket moving away from the man four seconds after launch? How fast is the angle changing at this same moment?

I know it has to do with derivatives. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
