Math card question. ?

how many cards must you draw form a deck of 52 playing cards to be sure that at least two are from the same suit? my cousin has this question in math and asked me...i have no clue. How do you figure this out?

in the worst case:

1 card from each of the 4 suits, and the fifth card would have to match one of them

to be sure 2 are from the same suit, you pull out 5 as it's

entirely possible the first 4 will all be of different suits and then the 5th one will be different.  Of course, you would stop pulling cards the moment you have 2 of the same suits.
