  1. saimerro dude how'd u get the sqrt symbol

  2. g(x) = √(x-5)

The inverse of any function f(x) is defined as 1/f(x).

    Thus 1/g(x) = 1/√(x-5)

We could also rewrite √(x-5) as (x-5)^(1/2)

We can define the inverse of g(x) as (g(x))^-1

    Thus (g(x))^-1 = ((x-5)^(1/2))^-1 = (x-5)^(-1/2)
