  1. 27?

  2. The correct answer is

    15-8 = 7

    28-8 - 20

    20 + 7 + 8 = 35

  3. 35

    think about it like this

    7 had just a cat

    8 had both

    20 had just a dog

    20 + 8 + 7 = 35

  4. 7 had only cats,   20 had dogs only,   8 both cats and dogs

    35 people

  5. i am not going to give you the answer else you will start to rely on others to finish your homework but i will give you the hint

since 8 have both a cat and a dog

minus 8 from the 15 who has cat

then minus 8 again from the total of the 28 who has a dog

total up the remainder of both then add 8.

you will get the answer. goodluck

  6. 36

    28+15-8

you subtract 8 because they were surveyed. :)

  7. 35

  8. 51

  9. well dont you just add them up????

    15 +28+8 = ???  calculator

  10. 15 + 28 + 8 = # of tenth graders
