  1. Quadrant I: both sin and cos are positive - X

    Quadrant II: sin positive, cos negative: Yes

    Quadrant III: both are negative - X

    Quadrant IV: cos positive, sin negative: Yes

    In each case, the angle is a multiple of 45° or pi/4

    Quad II: 135° or 3pi/4

    Quad IV: 225° or 7pi/4

    (the other two angles are pi/4 and 5pi/4,

    and for those sin(theta) = cos(theta))
