  1. You need to remember your unit circle when taking trig functions of multiples of pi. This article explains the unit circle pretty well

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unit_circle

under the section trigonometric functions on the unit circle.

All you do it you think of the point (1,0) on the positive x-axis as 0 radians, and a full circle as 2pi radians. Starting from there, you travel pi radians counterclockwise along the circumference, so half the circle, to the point (-1,0). When using the unit circle, all you have to know is that cosine of the angle you traveled is the x-coordinate, and sine of the angle is the y-coordinate. Since you ended up at the point (-1,0) which has y-coordinate 0, you know that sin(pi) = 0.

    Hope this helps.

  2. sin (3.14) would be = 0.054775909

    Hope that helped!

  3. 1. ween teech yuze "pi", it impli angel is in radians.

    2. full serkel=2 pi radians, so pi=180 degrees=1/2 serkel

    sine(pi)=sine(0)=0

  4. yeah, sin (3.14) equals 0.054775909
