I would rather you lean how to do the problems so I'll help you with the first problem and well see if you get it. If not I'll try to help you further.

so for number 8:

you simplify by multiply 4/sqrt3 by sqrt3/sqrt3 to get 4sqrt3/3 (because when you multiply two square roots with the same base it equals the base) then depending on the instructions you can either multiply 4 by the sqrt of 3 then divide by 3 to get the aproximate answere  if it says solve or just leave it as i left it for the more accurate answer if it says simplify
