Math help really bad?

Question

when a natural number is multiple ny itself, the result is a square-numbe. since 1x1=1, 2x2=4, 3x3=9, 4x4=16, 14916.....are square numbers. how many natural numbers less than 500 are square-numbers?

the "counting part seems to look like 22,

tho I'm not sure about 0 ...
