  1. is there a picture with the questions?

It depends what the figure looks like.

    verticle angles are congruent

    can you help me?

  2. for congruent segments you make these dashed line in the middle of the segment, for example 2 dashed lines, and for another segment 3 dashed lines.

    like in this picture.

and the angles the same way, you vary the amount of the little arches and the angles taht are congruent have the same amount of arches

  3. To indicate congruent segments you put a slash line through them, to indicate congruent angles you draw half circles on the angles.  I will provide a link that will help a lot.  The picture is with triangles but it works exactly the same.

  4. Well, basically, congruent means the same length. So in a segment you could indicate it by measuring a side with a ruler, or other measuring utensil. For an angle you could use that tool that measures angles...i forget what its called lol.

  5. look up congruent segments on wikipedia(:

  6. Well first look at the diagram and find the same angles and lines and whatever

  7. You use hatch marks...

for example if you are trying to show that one line on a triangle is congruent to a segment on another, you could put one dash or hatch mark thru each. For the next congruent segment you would use two hatch marks, etc.

Look up hatch marks on Wikopedia

  8. you have a math teacher let her or him help you

  9. It call Pay Attition in Class

  10. when something is congruent I think you write a double line like = or like a double angle.

  11. Segments: draw a small perpendicular line through them.  Separate congruent segments receive an additional line.

Angles:  draw a small circular line from one side to the other in the angle's corner.  Separate congruent angles receive an additional circular line.

  12. Go here, it's easier to show you than try to explain without pix:

  13. congruent segments have the same length but may be in different positions in the diagram

congruent angles have the same measurement
