  1. Area of a triangle is half base times height right? So do that and times by 3 for the cost

  2. the area of a triangle is found by:

    A=(1/2)(b)(h)

    where b is the base of the triangle and h is the height

    So:

    A=(1/2)(30)(20)

    A=(1/2)(60)

    A=30 sq. ft.

    30($3 per sq. ft.)=$90
