Les Dogues have rejected a latest offer from Newcastle United for the France international as it does not meet their
valuation for the player
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away from Grand Stade Lille Métropole for much of this summer with English Premier League side, Newcastle United, keen to attain the services of the full-back.

Lille, who sold http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Yohan-Cabaye-c37423 to the Tyneside club last summer, are not in the mood to lower their asking price for Mathieu Debuchy and have told the player to forget about moving away from the club this summer.
Lille president Michel Seydoux has put an end to one of the most-talked transfer saga of the summer by declaring that the France right-back will stay with the club.
While talking to reporters, club's president stated that Lille have rejected a latest offer from the Premier League outfit and Debuchy is set to stay with Lille for the upcoming campaign.
"I have decided that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mathieu-Debuchy-c24682 will remain at LOSC. The offer from Newcastle is definitely not at the value of the player.”
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 international will continue his adventure with the French club.
“As the conditions are not met, it is my duty to make a decision," Seydoux added.
Lille coach Rudi Garcia hailed the defender as one of the best in the business and has adviced him to forget all this and concentrate on helping Les Dogues in the upcoming season.
"A coach always prefers to have the best players and Mathieu is one of the best full-backs in France, if not Europe",
"He is disappointed. He hoped to leave. It is a normal reaction. Mathieu is a responsible boy, this is one of the oddities of the transfer season."
LOSC will kick-off their 2012/2013 Ligue 1 campaign on August 11, when they face AS Saint-Etienne at Stade Geoffroy-Guichard.
