Matsonic motherboard MS9258EP

Question

When I updated my windows xp to sp3 and I want to check files in a flash drive at the moment when I introduce a flash drive in his entrance the pc turns off and reinitiate by itself, please help me to solve this situation.

It also appears a blue screen with this error 0x00000050.

At the time I restore the pc to a state before the sp3 is desinstalled and then I can introduce my falsh drive without problems
