The former AC Siena centre-forward has gone on to state that he made some fundamental errors during the match against Sampdoria, and vows not to commit them again.

They have also been able to break their scoring ducks for the season, which has meant that the chances for Destro might start to thin out if he keeps on missing goal scoring opportunities. The former Genoa man has remarked his intentions on scoring his first
goal for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603, and remarked that he does not want to repeat the mistakes he made while playing against Sampdoria.
He recollected the two chances that he got in the match and remarked that there were better ways in which he could have finished off the moves. He remarked that it would have been better had he volleyed his first opportunity. The match ended in a frustrating
draw for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wolves-c40952, and Destro remarked:
“There has to be a first time. At least I hope so... I made big mistakes in the draw with Sampdoria, as on the first chance I should’ve volleyed it and on the second I tried a chip.”
Destro went on to concede that whenever he played a bad match or had a moment where he should have performed better; he was the first one to recognise the error of ways. He went on to remark that scoring goals was the jobs of strikers, and went on to remark:
“When I play badly, I am the first to recognise it. A Roma striker has to score when he has a great opportunity. The goal is everything for a forward and if you don’t score then you start thinking about it constantly, focusing on mistakes and playing incidents
over in your mind. There’s no way out.”
Juventus are currently leading the Serie A standings with 13 points.
