  1. A Buddy of mine is 73

But to give my usual Hands on answer ,Ask me again in 20 more years.ILL get back with you on this one

  2. Haha no my friend it's never to old to get back on a harley.

  3. Hey man if you can afford it and can handle horsin around a heavy bike more power to you.

  4. If you want a Harley but the size and weight is of concern, then get a new Sportster.  The rubber mounted engine makes them smooth, they're much lighter than the big bikes and you can still put a clear quick detach windshield on it and throw saddlebags over the back.

One guy I know is older than you and since his Kawasaki Voyager was getting pretty heavy for him, he just attached a sidecar.  That sidecar might also be a good way to pick up chicks after the bingo game.....

One other thing, if an old timer like you shows up at a bike rally on your Harley (actually any brand bike), people aren't going to give you a hard time but will respect you for your gutsy attitude.  I bet there'll be plenty of people wanting to talk to you.

  5. put a little spirit in your life. 80 is never to young to ride a harley!

  6. Are you sure those geriatric noobs can handle a heavy, powerful Harley?

  7. If you have the urge to buy a Harley Davidson, and the wherewithal, go right ahead. Nobody will say a word, except maybe your old fogy children, and they were going to moan about anything that reduced their expected income upon your death.

    Dear kids,

Being of sound mind and body, I spent it!

    Love Dad.

  8. not too many geriatric wards will let you ride them in the hallways

  9. over 80 should be on a hoveround
