which means it will not be too many years until I am menopausal. now what I want to ask is this. my body feels like a 50 year old I am getting more lines around my eyes, put on stacks of weight (thank goodness I am not abese) and if I did not colour my hair it would be showing a tiny bit of grey. why is this at my age? It feels I am trapped in a 50 year old body and I hate it it feels worn out. I hardly get periods anymore and when I do it is abnormal and irregular anyway and I have not had a normal period for almost4 months now. what is wrong with my body? should I be feeling all this at my age?

  1. Peri Minopausal? Do you mean Pre-Menopausal? Yes you are. go to your doctor to discuss your options.

  2. It is called perimenopause and yes you are in it. I am too, I am 42 and it's been like this for the last year or so. it could last 4-10 years. there are various types of hormone therapy you could get into.

  3. What you are going thru is quite normal. I can remember when I was a child and my mother began going through the "change".  We all thought she should be committed LOL. Seriously tho, I went through many of the same things you are going through. I am 50 now and loving life to the fullest. I am also a Life Purpose coach, I've written several articles that have been published all over the web and on Article content.com.  The one thing I found that helped me to take the weight off, feel energized, regular and human was a juice. Its made from the mangosteen fruit that can only be found in southeast Asia. It has been blended with other fruit juices for the taste. Just plain Mangosteen juice alone is quite bitter. Without this juice I would be lost...even now.  I would also suggest drinking plenty of water. Your wrinkles become even more pronounced when your skin is dehidrated. If your interested in this wonderful juice you can learn more about it at www.createmysuccess.com/holly4health or you can simply google Xango Juice. Hope this helps...I know for a fact the juice will!!
