Mauritius OR Maldives????????? Better honeymoon destination!?

okie people am goin crazy tryin to decide where to go for my honeymoon in Nov 08!! Have read a million reviews online, but no help...so plzzzzz help me pik one...

Having not long come back from my honeymoon in Maldives, Ive got to say there.  Kuredu Island Resort.  The service was brill, beach villa was lovely and the views were to die for!

Are you crazy!!! MAURITIUS ofcourse!! the maldives is great but mauritius has so much more to offer!  Other than breath taking scenery. It has such a diverse community of many cultures blended in to one indian/chinese/european/african which reflects in the cuisine, architecture, language, religion. Everybody is easy going and laid back and extremely friendly. At the moment the pound/dollar is very strong and you will get tons of rupees in return, life is very affordable and you can stay in a top hotel and enjoy all of the luxuries for very little.  If you love sea food, mauritius is definately a must. I have been to the  maldives and its lovely too but mauritius is definately more of an exciting destination.
