Mavericks and heat trade?

These are one of the trades that are bad for both teams.

The Mavericks lose Josh Howard and Jerry Stackhouse, 2 elite players set to only play for the mavericks. Josh Howard is a young talent and Jerry Stackhouse is too old. The heat want a veteran who can get the job done, and that is Shawn Marion, not Josh Howard.

maybe, but i dont see the mavs wanting to pick up shawn marion for j ho while he's entering his prime and marion is getting older. it seems like one of the more realistic trades but i dont see why the mavericks would choose to do it.

im a heat fan and i would love this cuz marion is old and howard is a stud the only bad part is he smokes weed

Stackhouse is aging and Howard has a lot of off-court issues. The Heat would be giving up Marion at too low of a price. Besides, Miami needs a forward, someone to defend big guys down low. Michael Beasley may be playing small forward because his defensive skills down low are below average.

maybe that would work but the Heat and the Mavs are rivals and plus the heat would never trade with the mavs!

The Heat wanna trade Marion for a center and/or a point guard. those are both forwards.
