Day two of the 2011 Australia State Teams Age Group Short Course Championships saw the impressive swim of Max Muggeridge in Canberra, Australia, on Sunday, September 18. The session of the meet conducted the Boys 14-15 years old 200m breast-stroke final
heat, where Max Muggeridge of Queensland hit the wall in 2 minutes and 19.15 seconds to win the race title.
In the corresponding race, Jake Baggaley of New South Wales took home the silver medal on the podium by posting a winning time of 2 minutes and 20.97 seconds. On the other hand, Rory Franks of Western Australia earned bronze medal by submitting a matchless
time of 2 minutes and 21.13 seconds. Meanwhile, Lach Colquhoun of New South Wales earned fourth place honours with an impressive mark of 2 minutes and 24.49 seconds.
Liam Rayfield of Queensland settled in fifth with a mark of 2 minutes and 25.11 seconds. In the corresponding swim, Jame Trafiforos of New South Wales was placed sixth in a time of 2 minutes and 26.08 seconds, while Ad Vanderzant of Queensland earned seventh
spot in 2 minutes and 26.85 seconds.
In addition, William Duncan of South Australia was placed eighth with a mark of 2 minutes and 27.21 seconds, whereas, William Rollo of Western Australia settled ninth with a mark of 2 minutes and 27.78 seconds. Moreover, Jack Collins of Victoria was placed
tenth with a time of 2 minutes and 29.08 seconds.
Christo Deegan of South Australia earned eleventh place in a time of 2 minutes and 30.67 seconds. Furthermore, Nic Groenewald of Victoria was placed twelfth with a time of 2 minutes and 31.66 seconds, whileTim Belstead of Tasmania earned thirteenth with
a mark of 2 minutes and 32.06 seconds. Lungershausen of South Australia settled in fourteenth position with a time of 2 minutes and 33.42 seconds.
Earlier in the day, Cameron Mcevoy of Queensland earned gold medal in the Boys 16-17 years old 100m back-stroke with a winning mark of 54.32 seconds. Meanwhile, Robert Gerlach of Queensland earned silver in a time of 55.09 seconds and Jam Nettlefold of Victoria
secured bronze with a mark of 55.29 seconds.
In another meet, Jemma Schlicht of Victoria and Sophie Taylor of New South Wales secured gold medal in the Girls 13-14 years old 100m freestyle with an identical time of 56.90 seconds. In the corresponding swim, Sophie Taylor of New South Wales earned third
place honours in a time of 57.57 seconds.
