Max & Ruby! -tv show- question..?

okay well my newphew watches max and ruby and i watch it when hes at my house, lol.

ive notice that he has no parents.

his gandma vists..

and dont tell me that show dosnt have parents because ruby babysits a little bunny and he had a mom..

so where are is parents?

There are no parents because the cartoon is based on a book, and the parents don't appear in the book.  I always thought it was assumed that the parents were home, just not in the same room.  Just like Peanuts (Charlie Brown), it's assumed that they HAVE parents, the show just doesn't concern them.

Max and Ruby's parents were killed by hunters.  Therefore Ruby is forced to raise Max like her own child, but since rabbits mature so much faster than humans, this is not unheard of.

I watch max and Ruby everyday with my two kids lol. I have seen every show and have never heard or seen parents. I wonder the same thing. If you ever find out let us know.

That's so funny - I usually think of questions like this!  My 3 year old loves Max and Ruby!  At least Dora and Diego have parents!  I wonder why Max and Ruby don't!  Thinking about it now, when they have "bunny scout" meetings, there are bunny scout leaders who are adults!  I want to know myself!

Hahaha! You know, whenever the boy I babysit's father comes home and Max and Ruby is on, he always asks that! Besides, Ruby is Max's older sister. ha, and Ruby's only 7, I heard in one episode! Those darn Canadian cartoons for kids! =p

I don't know about where her parents are but i watched 1 epidose where Ruby has a job. lol.and last time she was making a party for her friends. i don't really watch the show just bits and pieces, but that is a funny question. Now i would also like to know where her parents are
