I think that a lot would depend on how many rounds the fight was scheduled for and what era of gear that they were using.  If they were fighting w/the lighter regulation gloves from Baer's day, I think that his punching power, especially w/his right hand, would be a big factor in the fight.  If that were the case, I'd say Baer by TKO sometime around rounds 9-11.
