Max weber and class. can anyone explain to me in simple words what weber's theory on class division was?

i think max weber had a division of labour, for example you had operations, front line, production etc. it isn't a great idea as employees often became bored with the task

classes are divided by whom owns what. laborers, (workers), capitalist (owners of capital) and the sundivisions within these are the basics
