Maxillofacial surgery? no money?

does anyone know if there are any organizations that could help me get a maxillofial surgery since i don't have much money . i really need this surgery since i'm in so much pain .. thanks for the info

Check with your local dental society. Most have funds for those in need, or may be able to point you in the right direction for low cost/free dental work. Good luck and hope you get some relief soon!
