  1. if thats what it says

  2. Yup! that is so....... it is a hardwire scheme, if you raise 2 to the 32nd power you come up with 4294967296, so that is the limit

  3. Yes.  After reading the specs on the motherboard it can only take 4 gb.

  4. Yes, you can change this by installing a new motherboard with a different limit. Also Some graphics cards (video cards) can 'share' their own ram catch with your computers internal ram and vice versa so you might be able to increase it depending on the size of your cards ram.

  5. Yes this is all Dependant on your

    *BIOS

    *Motherboard Chipset

    *Installed Devices

You may see anywhere from 2.75 - 3.5Gb RAM, this is due to an architectural design in 32bit OS made long ago.

This is all due to memory mapped IO reservations , these use your physical memory and masks them out so that they cannot be used for actual working memory , that is also independent of the OS installed.

32-bit Windows is limited to a maximum of 4GB and cannot see any pages above 4GB.

64-bit Windows can use between 8GB and 128GB depending on SKU.
