  1. Well the answer is 3. This is where the word Bump, set, and spike comes it. When the opponent server, the first hit would be bump and if it's successefully bumped, set and spike would be the next.

  2. Your team gets to hit the ball three times before getting it over the net. No one can hit the ball two times in a row.

  3. Okay, well you get three hits-BUMP,SET,SPIKE

Always try to get it the most as being those three. No more.

The back row bumps it up to the setter, who sets it to middle front, the spiker. They spike it over the net.

    Good luck!!!

  4. the team has 3 hits to get the Balll back over. the ideal play is a pass to the setter the setter sets the bal to either power, middle or off side hit and the attack.

  5. three hits. usually consisting of an underhand pass- "bump", an overhand pass- "set", and a hit- "spike". however, you can just hit it over with as little as one hit.

  6. the above 2 are both right

  7. Four.  A tip at the net from a block.... doesn't count as a normal hit.

Plus the normal 3 to get the ball back over the net.
