  1. If your speed is tewenty miles or over the speed limit that is automatically a felony. In this case you were going fifty miles over the speed limit which means you could have your license revoked, a $1,000 fine or more, and over five years in a state prison. Well I wish you luck in court and I am praying for you that you don't get found guilty because if you did you would be in a lot of trouble.

  2. Claim stupidity.  Not only could you have harmed yourself and others or property... but you are causing more greenhouse gas emissions.  Hope they throw the book at you to save your own life...

  3. Well, technically at that speed that is grounds for impounding your car. Seriously doubt they will do that if the cop didn't do that in the first place, which would have meant you would have been put in jail. I would expect at least a 500 dollar fine.

  4. PAY THE FINE

  5. most likely you will get your license suspended if not revoked, you will get a hefty fine and/or community service or you will face jail time. i had my license suspended for kind of the samething here in utah. except i was racing and i didnt know i was racing a cop.....ya.... i couldnt help it! i was in a Corvette and he was in an unmarked Alero challenging me!

  6. Not sure, but I hope they pull your license for 6 months. Maybe that will give you enough time to extricate your cranium from your r****m. We all await the popping sound...

  7. Driving that recklessly, you deserve the highest punishment they can give you.

  8. They'll more than likely impound your car and suspend your license for anywhere from 6 to 12 months.

Here in Michigan, more than 40 over the speed limits constitutes for a period of prison time, usually 30 days to 6 months.

  9. what they will probably do is impound the car. mainly if you are a street racer but if not they may make you do community service but probably an impound. It really depends on how the hearing goes depends on the judge, how you are represented. There are a lot of ifs or buts, most likely an impound

  10. Any person who violates this is guilty of a class B misdemeanor, a steep fine and suspension of their license.
