I purchased a new computer and and I don't have the Maxtor One Touch 4 Plus instalation disk. I now cannot retrieve my files on the Maxtor hard drive. Do you have a replacement installation disk? My e-mail address is jbrown9660@comcast.net Thanks for your help.
