  1. I am taking diazepam and have been taking cephalex 500mg 4 times daily for a skin infection. I have had no problems at all. My doctor prescribed me the cephalex and he knows I am taking diazepam. He mentioned no interactions nor did my pharmacist. Should be no problem at all. If you are still worried just ask your pharmacist.
