  1. I think it is highly unlikely that an American bank will make a consumer mortgage loan on real property in Eastern Europe.


  2. .     The type of loan you are suggesting is a "signature loan" and the bank doesn't care what you do with the money.  Donald Trump can get one of those.  Maybe you can too.
