  1. Yes if Congress Passed Laws that went against A Constitution that secured those rights i.e., The U.S. Constitution clearly give's every natural born American Citizen Unalienable Sovereign Rights. But as you can see that is not a reality. They apply law under color of law which is a abstract of the Constitution. So we only have civil rights and civil rights have limitations because of the status i.e., XIV Amendment,. Under the colorable law the Constitution is overthrown by the application of fraud taxes, State Statues applied as law when in fact a statute is not law, and any other contract we are tricked in by signing under state enforcement i.e., birth certificate, title to car, deed to home, driver license, registration, insurance, city stickers and anything financial obligations are all fraud.

  2. It isn't necessary to legally strip a country of its sovernignty. All the country needs to do is allow illegal aliens to flood in from a neighboring country. Then allow them to collect government services and may the country's taxpayers pay for the invaders services.

  3. who pray tell is going to site on that board? NOBODY

No right minded bureaucrat will come within a thousand feet.

Rule number 1 of the bureaucrat never use the eraser EVER.

  4. I hope that you are not talking about Taiwan.   Taiwan is not a sovereign nation.   It does not meet the Montevideo Convention's criteria for statehood.

  5. I would argue that countries are stripped of the sovereignty all the time and currently the state of Iraq has been stripped by the united states.  Iraq has no legitimate violence (ie police) and the United States just went in and changed the rules to however it likes.  I know thses aren't by the standards you've given but there is a lot more to a state being sovereign  than just that.

  6. If you look up the name David Rockefeller  (son of John D)

you will read up on a man who in the main player in American, and Western Policy.

He and his buddies hold meetings every year called Bilderberg and Trilaterial Commisson, and the point to to sway policies to a new world government.

He talked to Bill Clinton in 1991 and told him to pass Nafta.

Needless to say the next step is to form a North American Union (Similar to European Union), Ron Paul talks about this.

If this happens America as we know it will never be the same and our constitution would eventually be replaced with a North American Constitution!

  7. The US has been stripped of its sovereignty by the UN. UN law takes priority over constitutional law in the US. Bill Clinton signed that one over and congress never put it to a vote so it was automatic. Like Bill said, "Stroke of the pen, law of the land. Kinda cool ain't it?" It is called executive order.
