The best one is CAMH...Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.  Contact them...it is the best first step you can make.

the referral line will direct you to the centre most appropriate.  although you cannot put a price on sobriety, be warned that it can become quite expensive.  

if you are dealing with an alcohol addiction, aa will help the person and al-anon will help those associated with them.

aa.org or alanon.org (they even have a teen division if you require it)
