I want know my PC use history if history files been deleted.

  1. Once the history has been deleted, it is not an easy task to recover the history.  It can be done, but only with some forensics back ground.

    Your best best would be to STOP using the computer completely so that you can recover deleted files.  

    Other ways would be to research the index.dat file and extract information from there.

    If this is for a courts case, your ISP should know what your computer has surfed as well.
