  1. You will find a lot of info on this web page.

    Good luck!

  2. http://www.everythingesl.net

This website is written by Judie Haynes, an ESL teacher from NJ with many years of experience. On the website, there are links to books she has written about the subject.

On the home page of the website there is a picture of her book "Getting Started with English Language Learners: How Educators Can Meet the Challenge". The following link will lead you to a table of contents for the book. On this page, the author has made the introduction and chapters 1 and 2 available to be read online. These excerpts are extremely helpful in explaining ESL, ELL's, and providing tips for teaching students in other subject areas as well.

My teacher used this website in conjunction with our unit on bilingual education in an Educational Psychology class. The website answered many questions, gave great tips, and is the best website I've seen out there that is related to teaching ESL.
